1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Anyorum, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Anyorum for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Anyorum. If you are under 16 and located in the European Economic Area, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the service. By using Anyorum, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have any required consent.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Content

You agree not to:

• Illegal content: Post content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to content promoting violence, terrorism, drug trafficking, fraud, or child exploitation
• Harassment and threats: Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users
• Hate speech and discrimination: Post content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Sexually explicit content (NSFW): Share pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content
• Impersonation and fake identity: Impersonate another person, organization, or entity, or falsely represent your identity
• Privacy violations: Share others' personal information (doxxing), private communications, or content that violates someone's privacy without consent
• Spam and flooding: Send repetitive, unsolicited, or excessive messages; flood channels; or use the service for commercial advertising without permission
• Abuse and exploitation: Exploit minors, promote self-harm, or distribute harmful misinformation
• Unauthorized access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or any systems or data

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of these rules. Violations may result in warnings, muting, suspension, or permanent termination of your account.

5. Content Responsibility

Anyorum is a platform for user-generated content. You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy of any user content. We are not responsible for any content posted by users, and we do not assume liability for user conduct or communications.

We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law, but we have no obligation to monitor or review content. Users can report violations for our review; we will take action as we deem appropriate. Users may also block other users to stop seeing their messages; blocking is a user-controlled feature and does not constitute a report.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Anyorum offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions (e.g., Premium, Ultra) through the Apple App Store and Google Play. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• Payment: All payments are processed by Apple or Google. You agree to their respective payment terms.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We cannot process refunds directly; please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund inquiries.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and, where permitted by law, to renewals after advance notice.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Anyorum are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied.

9. Channels

Channels are independent user-created messaging communities. Channel names do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or connection to companies, brands, or organizations that may share the same or similar names.
