1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Anyorum mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Anyorum for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable app store rules.

3. Apple App Store & Google Play Compliance

This EULA is between you and İbrahim Top (the operator of Anyorum), not Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

Apple and Google are not responsible for:

  • The Service
  • Support or maintenance of the Service
  • Any claims relating to the Service

Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

4. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Anyorum. If you are under 16 and located in the European Economic Area, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have any required consent.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities conducted through your account

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Anyorum offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases (for example, Premium or Ultra) through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Pricing is displayed within the App and may vary by region.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are applied through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5.3 Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through:

  • Apple App Store: Account → Subscriptions
  • Google Play: Payments & subscriptions

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google, in accordance with their respective refund policies. We cannot process refunds directly; contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund inquiries.

We may change subscription prices. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and, where permitted by law, to renewals after advance notice.

6. Advertising

Anyorum may display advertisements through third-party services (for example, as described in our Privacy Policy). Where required, we obtain consent before using advertising-related identifiers.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by applicable law
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any systems or data

You also agree not to post content or engage in conduct that violates our rules, including but not limited to:

  • Illegal content: Content that violates applicable laws, including content promoting violence, terrorism, drug trafficking, fraud, or child exploitation
  • Harassment and threats: Harassing, bullying, threatening, stalking, or intimidating other users
  • Hate speech and discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Sexually explicit content (NSFW): Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content
  • Impersonation: Impersonating another person, organization, or entity, or falsely representing your identity
  • Privacy violations: Sharing others' personal information (doxxing), private communications, or content that violates someone's privacy without consent
  • Spam and flooding: Repetitive, unsolicited, or excessive messages; flooding channels; or commercial advertising without permission
  • Abuse and exploitation: Exploiting minors, promoting self-harm, or distributing harmful misinformation

We may determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation. Violations may result in warnings, muting, suspension, or permanent termination of your account.

8. User Content, Reporting, and Channels

Anyorum is a platform for user-generated content. You are solely responsible for what you post. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user content and are not liable for user conduct or communications.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law but have no obligation to monitor or review content. You may report violations for our review. You may block other users; blocking is user-controlled and does not constitute a report.

Channels are independent user-created communities. Channel names do not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or connection to companies, brands, or organizations that may share similar names.

9. Intellectual Property

Content, features, and trademarks within Anyorum are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission, except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, İbrahim Top shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for other operational reasons as permitted by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
